Sponsorship Form

The main Sponsorship form is for your details and the cat or cats you would like to sponsor.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK tax payer it would be of great benefit to us if you could also download and complete the gift aid declaration to enable us to reclaim basic rate tax on your donations. You can find more information about Gift Aid here.

Standing Order Mandate

If you wish to make your payments by Standing Order you can download the standing order mandate or you may wish to set this up through your own online banking facility.
